The Law Offices of Lippe & Associates, a Texas professional corporation, has a general trial, appellate, and business and commercial practice. Its senior attorney, Mr. Lippe, is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Civil Trial Law and Civil Appellate Law, and has been practicing law for over thirty-two years.

The Law Offices of Lippe & Associates, and its predecessor firms, have been practicing law for over twenty years, as a small "boutique" law firm offering high-quality business and commercial litigation and general business and corporate legal services, comparable in quality to those offered by large law firms, yet with prompt, personalized attention to the needs of clients of all sizes, avoiding the excess staffing often encountered with large law firms. The firm's intellectual property practice has dramatically increased in recent years, with both new corporate transactual representation, preparation of employment and other contracts, and litigation involving trade secrets, trademark, and trade name protection.

The firm practices in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate level, and also has a general non-litigation civil practice. The geographic scope of the firm's practice is that of a statewide and national practice. Mr. Lippe is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court, and the State of Colorado, as well as in all state and federal courts in the State of Texas.
