![]() ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS AT LAW The firm has available for free downloading and use certain discovery forms for use in obtaining discovery information on computers and hard drives. These forms are made available free of charge, but with no warranty or representation. They are obviously general in form, and will need to be tailored specifically to fit the needs of the case in which you may wish to use them.
The forms include both state (Texas) and federal forms. Each corresponding form will have a *.frm and a *.df file--the *.frm file is the actual form in Wordperfect 5.1 format, and the corresponding *.df file is the data file in which you may enter the necessary data, and then perform a file merge under Wordperfect to produce the final product. The forms are also available in ASCII text format, with the files showing a*.txt label.
